The Canadian Lyme Coalition is committed to advocating for policy change, and raising awareness of the terrible toll Lyme disease takes on sufferers and their families. With the number of Lyme cases rising across the country, our mission is urgent: to ensure every Canadian has access to accurate diagnosis, effective treatment, and compassionate care within the Canadian Health Care system. Through advocacy and innovative programs, we push for stronger public health policies, increased research funding, and greater accountability in healthcare.
We collaborate with scientists, policymakers, and medical professionals to bridge gaps in understanding and treatment. At the same time, we aim to empower patients by providing a voice for change. Together with our supporters, we will create a future where Lyme disease and other tick-borne infections are no longer misunderstood or misdiagnosed—and where every Canadian is equipped to prevent and combat this growing public health challenge.
